New items are typically shipped the same day an order is placed, though we may require up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to process and ship your order. Refurbished items typically ship 3 to 5 business days from the time of purchase. Warranty and Returns:
If your product is malfunctioning or if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund or replacement (subject to availability) unless otherwise specified in the product description. Products must be returned in their original condition, and must include an RMA number. Please contact 877-882-7226 or sales@barcoderesourcing.com to be issued an RMA. Please note many issues with equipment can be resolved through phone or email troubleshooting. All used batteries are sold with a 14-day replacement warranty: they can be exchanged for replacement, not refund, within 14 days of purchase.
