  2. Choose from Annual Contract, Flat Rate Repair, or Time & Materials
  3. Ship the Item to our Repair Depot
  4. Get Updates on Repair Progress
  5. We Ship Your Item back to You
Please provide us with the serial number and configuration number located on the side of your Intermec CK31. Once we receive your SN and Configuration Number (CN) we will issue you an RMA number and provide our shipping address to have the defective unit shipped to us. Customer is required to cover shipping to our location in Washington State. Contact us for more information.

Within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item, Barcode Re-Sourcing will provide a free quote *. 5 Day Turnaround does not include the time that it takes for the customer to respond to the quote and make payment. Upon payment, Barcode Re-Sourcing will complete the work as quoted and then ship it.
