Please provide us with the serial number and configuration number located on the side of your
Intermec CK60 / CK61. Once we receive your SN and Configuration Number (CN) we will issue you an RMA number and provide our shipping address to have the defective unit shipped to us. Customer is required to cover shipping to our location in Washington State.
