  2. Choose from Annual Contract, Flat Rate Repair, or Time & Materials
  3. Ship the Item to our Repair Depot
  4. Get Updates on Repair Progress
  5. We Ship Your Item back to You
Please provide us with the serial number and configuration number located on the side of your PSC Powerscan LR & XLR Scanner. Once we receive your SN and Configuration Number (CN) we will issue you an RMA number and provide our shipping address to have the defective unit shipped to us. Customer is required to cover shipping to our location in Washington State. Contact us for more information.

Upon payment, Barcode Re-Sourcing will complete the work as quoted and then ship it.
