Shipping Policy

Our shipping department is open from 8:00AM until 4:00PM Pacific, Monday through Friday.


Handling Times:

New items are typically shipped the same day an order is placed, though we may require up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to process and ship your order.  Refurbished items typically ship 3 to 5 business days from the time of purchase.  If you need your order expedited, please call us at 877-882-7226, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer calculated shipping rates outside of the USA.  If you have an account with UPS or FedEx then we can bill the shipping charges to your account.  You may enter your UPS or FedEx account number while completing checkout*.  If you wish to calculate shipping costs please refer to the following resources.

Warranty and Returns:

Barcode Re-Sourcing is committed to customer satisfaction.  Please see the item details for specific warranty information about each item.  Products must be returned in their original condition, and must include an RMA number. Please contact 877-882-7226 or contact us to be issued an RMA.  Please note that many issues with equipment can be resolved through phone or email troubleshooting.  Our warranties and guarantees DO NOT cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, loss, or theft.

90 Day Warranty

If your product is malfunctioning or if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund or replacement (subject to availability) unless otherwise specified in the product description.   

60 Day, 45 Day, and 30 Day Warranties

If the product description indicates a 60 Day, 45 Day or 30 Day Warranty then you may return it within allowed number of the days of purchase (60, 45, or 30) for a refund or replacement (subject to availability) unless otherwise specified in the product description. 

14 Day non-DOA (non Dead On Arrival) Guarantee

A guarantee that the item will at least power on (if indicated in the product description).  If your product arrives Dead on Arrival then you may return it for a refund or replacement (subject to availability).

14 Day Used Batteries Replacement Guarantee

All used batteries are sold with a 14-day replacement guarantee:  they can be exchanged for replacement, not refund, within 14 days of purchase. 

Sold AS IS

Items sold AS IS are sold without any warranty or guarantee (neither implicit nor implied) and MAY NOT be returned or exchanged.

* Quote is free upon approval of repair estimate. If quote is declined then a sixty-five dollar evaluation fee is applicable.
** Five Day Turnaround starts when the item to be repaired arrives at Barcode Re-Sourcing's repair depot. Within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item, Barcode Re-Sourcing will provide a free quote *. 5 Day Turnaround does not include the time that it takes for the customer to respond to the quote and make payment. Upon payment, Barcode Re-Sourcing will complete the work as quoted and then ship it.
